Below you will find a series of questions and answers designed to fully acquaint you with our fundraising program.
Just click on a specific question to read its answer, or simply scroll down to review all. But should you have any other questions, simply e-mail us
by clicking on the Contact Us link shown above. Or should you wish to call us, we can be reached
at 913.269.7519 (or alternatively e-mail us your phone number requesting us to call you).
Q: First tell me, when our supporters click on our website's OneToAnother.com link, what will they experience?
A: The best way to answer this question would be to let you "test-drive" one or more of these "sample organization" links ...
As these links demonstrate, whenever your supporters browse
OneToAnother.com, they are first taken to your "home" web page,
designed to inform your supporter about our teaming arrangement;
how their purchase could benefit your organization; as well as perhaps be notified that they may
later self-designate how the contribution resulting from their purchase would be earmarked (e.g., for funding which program, such as youth raising monies
for their mission trip, a missionary, etc.).
For example, notice that the above Para-Ministry link (when clicked) does not mention on it's home web page
that there would be an opportunity for their supporters to self-designate; while the other four examples do mention this capability.
To fully appreciate how "supporter self-designating their purchase beneficiary" works, click on the Christian School example. After reading it's home web page, click on the "Shop Card Collections" link. Then select twelve cards to fill a box; after which click the "View Basket/Checkout" button.
Now you will notice near the bottom of the Basket review web page, a scroll box labeled "Please choose your designation" along with supporting instructions. This example should give you an idea of what you
could establish, should you choose to do so, for you supporters to select from. If and when you do decide to use this self-designation capability, you will be provided by us the capability to easily add or remove
various fundraising programs and/or specific individual designations within your Contribution List to best match your organization's always changing fundraising needs.
While "test-driving" a few of these links, you will also notice some other features which will definitely enhance your supporter's shopping experience ...
An ability to select there own desired assortment of twelve note cards per box;
An optional choice to mail us their payment (check or money order) after they have received their purchased product from us;
A "no reason required" money-back 100% satisfaction guarantee; and
Free shipping to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.
Q: Okay, so our only responsibility in teaming with you is to "show our supporters the way" to our OneToAnother.com website. Any suggestions on how can we both easily and effectively do this?
A:
Our first suggestion, should your organization have a website, would be for you to create a easily found link on it pointing to your OneToAnother.com URL (i.e., website Internet address) to "show the way"
to your supporters; something like this ...

By the way, when you sign-up with us to create your OneToAnother.com website, we immediately provide you with a unique, operational
URL web address (e.g., http://onetoanother.com/celeks), your choice of an image such as the
one shown above, and the necessary HTML code to activate your image link.
Some other "showing the way" suggestions for you to consider:
Always mentioning this fundraising opportunity, along with your URL address, in your
newsletters, bulletins, e-zines and e-mails.
Making use of a marketing poster (click here to see sample) we make available to you to customize, download, and print for placing on bulletin boards, passing out to others, etc.
And, possibly most effective for you, using your Tell-A-Friend function to personalize and send out eye-catching e-mails to your
supporters containing your website's URL.
|
For example, let's say that you are a youth pastor who just learned that many of your youth decided upon using OneToAnother.com's Scripture Notecards and Giclee Prints as one of their ways for raising support funds for your group's upcoming mission trip. Last Wednesday night at your youth group meeting, you described this fundraising program to your youth and passed out a "Tell Friends" self-training script to each of them; encouraging them to invest a little time to make this happen for themselves. You had previously downloaded this script from www.OneToAnother.com/backoffice a few days earlier after having created your website and listing your youth as "beneficiary" designations. For many of your youth, they concluded that this fundraiser looked so easy to do! No knocking on doors, talking to strangers, asking for money, etc. Instead, only spending 30 to 60 minutes at their convenience "showing others the way" while using the Internet to do so. So this is what you gave them (by the way, you probably have also given a copy of this script to their parents), after having tweaked just a bit to best describe your mission trip, summer camp, etc. ....

Here's An Easy Way To Let Family & Friends Know About Your OneToAnother Notecard Collection & Giclee Prints Fundraiser
|
Simply send them an e-mail; looking something like this one ...
To do so ....
- First, use something like this personalized message within your e-mail(s) ...
|
Dear family & friends (of my family),
I'm raising money for a mission trip to Mexico that I will be taking this summer with my church youth group. Mom and I thought that these beautiful Christmas & inspirational note cards might be something you would appreciate sending to others. You might also appreciate checking out the watercolor artwork prints. If you can help me, thanks so much and please try to do so between now and late June.
Love ya’, Becky Wright

- Next, perhaps with help from your folks, compile a list of e-mail addresses of prospective supporters such as extended family members, friends, teachers, parent work associates, neighbors, etc. Basically, anyone whom you & your folks think might appreciate knowing about this opportunity to support you by buying beautiful cards and prints would be a good candidate. However very important, do not send to anyone in our church family; we will do that for you. Also very important, we ask that you do not spam; so please limit your list of e-mail addresses to only those belonging to people known by either you or your parents.
- Now, you are ready to go online to create and send your e-mail(s)
by browsing http://www.OneToAnother.com/fadeks3.
For every box of cards and giclee print purchased, $3.50 will be contributed to your fundraising account. For example, whenever your supporters purchases notecards, they will typically buy 1.75 boxes per purchase. So this could mean that, assuming you sent your e-mail to 50 prospective supporters and 35% took you up on your offer, $100 or so could be contributed to your account. Plus, you will personally be rewarded a free pair of Crocs (you choice of style and color) when you sell any combination of 25 or more prints and boxes of cards during any calendar year!
When arriving at your church OneToAnother.com's home page, click on the "Tell Friends' tab ...
- Here is what the "Tell Friends" pop-up web page looks like ...

- Please carefully read this web page's instructions before creating your e-mail. Particularly, remember to pick yourself as the "Designated Beneficiary". Also, if you do not have an e-mail address, then ask one of your parents if you could use theirs. After entering your "Your Friends E-mail Addresses", review closely and correct any typo errors so they will successfully get delivered. And finally, limit your number of e-mail addresses to 25 or fewer per each attempted "Send Message" submission. But most importantly, first submit your fundraising efforts to the Lord; asking for His favor according to His will.
Have fun doing this! May God bless your fundraising efforts!
|
|
Now before concluding, a few more "Tell Friends" highlights ...
By picking herself from the "Tell Friends" beneficiary list, Becky will be guaranteed to get credit for any and every sale resulting from her "showing the way" e-mailing efforts. This is because her name becomes automatically imbedded within the e-mail's URL link (e.g., www.onetoanother.com/fadeks3/taf/Becky G). Meaning that when her e-mail recipients browse this link, it will not only take them to Becky's youth group OneToAnother.com website, but will also automatically plug Becky as the beneficiary of their purchases.
If you so desire, you can test-drive this for yourself at this time. Simply click here to send a "Tell Friends" e-mail to yourself. You will be doing this by assuming the role of Adam F, a fictitious youth belonging to our fictitious Faith Community Church youth group. As Adam, you will be sending an e-mail to your uncle (i.e., the "real" you). So pick "your role-play persona" from the list (Youth Missions Trip-Jun06-Adam F); enter "Your e-mail address" as "adam@onetoanother.com"; enter your uncle's address (i.e., the "real" you using your e-mail address) as your e-mail's targeted recipient; type something brief into the personalized message box; and then click the "Send" button. Now you can go retrieve the e-mail you just sent to yourself. Click it's link back to Adam's youth website, noting how Adam has been automatically plugged as the beneficiary of any purchase you might make. Specifically, notice the home page's 2nd paragraph mentioning of Adam as the beneficiary. Now to fully appreciate how this capability benefits Adam, proceed to select notecards to fill a box of cards by following the instructions on the web pages you will be browsing. Then click to checkout and notice that Adam automatically defaults as you purchase's contribution designation. Alternatively, if you had elected to shop prints, the same scenario would have applied.
Notice the "PS: After having ..." postscript found at the bottom of the "Tell Friends" e-mail. Let's say that Becky sent this e-mail to Aunt Mary who lived far away. Aunt Mary loved the note cards, so much so that besides buying a few boxes for herself, she also forward this e-mail to her bible study girlfriends. By doing so, Becky could have also benefited from purchases made by others on her behalf whom she and her mom do not even know!
For anyone you designate as a "purchase beneficiary', they also qualify for this incentive reward offering ...

Should you desire a print out of this Crocs Incentive Pamphlet so you can give to others, simply "cut & paste" the above image into a Word document, then print. This can be easily done by placing your cursor over the above image, right click your mouse, then click "Copy Image" selection from the displayed pop-up box. Now open a "new" empty Word document, right-click your mouse, and click the "paste" selection. Now you are ready to use Word to print this pamphlet.
-
Notice the "anytime during the year" phrase in our incentive offer. This means that even if one of your youth were only able to sell a combination of 15 boxes of notecards and prints for their summer camp fundraising effort; they could still try again later in the year to sell 10 more boxes (e.g., Christmas cards) or prints to claim their Crocs! And for every 500 prints & boxes sold by your organiztion throughout the year, you (or your designated "parent" sponsor) will also be rewarded with your choice of a pair of Crocs.
Finally, we also make available another version of this training script (click here to view), which can be used by an organization's volunteers (e.g., youth belonging to a Christian youth theatrical troop and their parents) to get the word out for the benefit of that organization (i.e., whenever beneficiary designations are not used).

Q: Can multiple OneToAnother.com URL web addresses be created for our organization?
A: Yes, your organization is not limited by the number of uniquely assigned OneToAnother.com website URL addresses. For example, a Christian school could have a website established for achieving their high school fundraising needs, yet a different website created for focusing on their grade school fundraising initiatives. However please keep in mind that to achieve this, each created website (when signing-up) needs to be assigned a different e-mail address than what was previously provided to us for your other website(s).
Q: How can we keep track of our supporter's purchases and our contributions? How and when will we receive our contributions?
A: When you sign up, you will be requested to provide
us with a password; enabling you access anytime of any day to
www.OneToAnother.com/backoffice.
This URL is provided
to you for viewing your unpaid contributions; make changes to your account's e-mail address, phone,
password, etc.; optionally maintain your "contribution designations" list; download your Tell_Friend training script, "customized" marketing posters, Crocs incentive flyer & an image for linking your websites together; submitting your Crocs reward claims; and easily communicate with us.
|
Please note an advantage of having multiple OneToAnother.com websites established for your organization, whenever representative of multiple consistencies (e.g., a church's youth and women ministries), is that the ongoing defining of contribution designations does not have to be performed by a single, organizational-wide "point person".
|
Each time one of your supporters purchases from OneToAnother.com
using your supplied URL web address, a $3.50 contribution is applied to your organization's
account for each print and box sold (by the way, for a box of notecards, this contribution amount represents 60% of the gross profit margin derived from such sale). Of course, should at a later time your supporter
request that their purchase be refunded or we never receive their check/money order, then your pending payment "contribution" balance
would be likewise credited. It's been our experience that whenever a purchase includes notecards, then such purchase will include an average of 1.75 boxes.
Your contribution check is prepared by us and mailed to you no later than 20
days following the end of each calendar month. However, such check will be prepared only
when your organization's accumulated "net" unpaid contribution balance at the conclusion
of a month is at least $100.00; otherwise, its preparation will be delayed until such
balance minimum is reached. Of course, at anytime, you can notify us of your desire to
discontinue our teaming arrangement; in which case a contribution check will be promptly
prepared for you, regardless of amount owed.
Q: Can we or someone else purchase from our OneToAnother.com website on behalf of another?
A: Yes, this is acceptable. This capability benefits your various fundraising initiatives by
circumventing several obstacles that could possibly prevent your supporters from
directly purchasing for themselves; such as their unfamiliarity with web surfing. For example, the mother of a youth (who is raising funds) could choose to purchase on behalf of grandma by simply, at time of checkout, providing her own e-mail address and billing information, along with grandma's name and shipping address information. Please note however that when paying by a charge card, this capability is limited to a purchase not exceeding $100.
Q: Can we purchase these cards and prints for our own organizational use?
A: Yes. However, all such self-purchases will instead reflect your $3.50
contribution being applied immediately as a discount; resulting in you paying from $6.45 to $7.45 for
each box of twelve cards, depending upon how many boxes purchased (i.e., an additional $1.00 discount is applied beyond the first box) and $11.45 for each giclee print. Obviously, you can purchase these Christmas and inspirational note cards as well as prints for your own use; or for that
matter, you can even purchase with the intent of reselling to benefit your organization's finances. For example, let's assume
you represent a youth group ministry and that your church has a bookstore that's willing to also sell your note cards.
In this scenario, you could sell these note cards individually for a price established by you;
for example, a price ranging from $1.00 to $1.79 (i.e., $1.79 is the SRP printed on back of each card).
Alternatively, you could consider selling your note cards as a predetermined design assortment; such as comprising a package of ten for $10.
With your cost ranging from 54 to 62 cents per card, reselling represents another strategy for you to maximize your fundraising efforts.
Q: How might our teaming arrangement ever be ended? Is there any advantage for us to leave our website "up & running" beyond our initial fundraising initiative?
A: As for your first question, this might happen for one of two reasons.
First, because you notified us, via e-mail, your desire to discontinue our teaming arrangement.
Otherwise, we notified you, via e-mail, our desire to discontinue our teaming arrangement because
we are no longer experiencing any purchase activity during the past year for your OneToAnother.com
URL address. Such discontinuance will result in the immediate deactivation of your organization's
OneToAnother.com URL address. Regardless of who initiated or reason for such
discontinuance, all unpaid contributions still owed to your organization will be paid by us immediately
upon such notification.
Now as for your second question, the answer is "most definitely yes" for two reasons. First, whenever one of your past supporters returns to purchase more product, we will do our best to make sure you get credit for that sale! For example, even when your past supporter does not recall your unique "OneToAnother.com/xxx" URL address; they instead browse the "OneToAnother.com" address as printed on the back of their remaining supply of note cards. For this scenario, assuming they identify themselves during purchase checkout by submitting the same e-mail address as they previously gave us when making their last purchase, your organization will be credited for this repeat sale!
As for the second reason, even when some of your past supporters fail to remember on their own that it might be time for them to buy more cards to replenish their dwindling supply, we will proactively remind them on your behalf. This e-mail sent to your past supporters will contain your organization's OneToAnother.com URL web address link so you will directly benefit from any resulting
purchases made by your supporters when responding to this e-mail. We will send out these e-mails reminders periodically (no more often than bi-monthly), also letting them know about new product offerings. These e-mails are only sent to anyone who has purchased from us in the past. However, please keep in mind that it's always
your organization's choice as to whether your supporters will be included within our promotional
campaigns; plus be aware that assuming that you do participate, your supporters will also have the
ability to individually "opt out" from continuing to receive our promotional e-mails by unsubscribing
with us at any time. Every promotional e-mail sent by us will always comply with the Can-Spam Act of 2003, including a description about how it's recipient can unsubscribe by either mailing us their written request or browsing our Internet-accessible unsubscribe function.
Q: Is there anything else we should know about this teaming opportunity?
A: Yes, just a few final thoughts...
First, we want you to know that as your partner we are committed to continual improvement;
demonstrated not only by introducing
new Christmas and "everyday" note card designs and new watercolor artwork prints, but also by adding new website features to enhance
you and your supporters' experiences. For example, your supporters will in the future be able to purchase e-GiftCards (by having us send via e-mail as gifts to others). Just like our box of notecards,
our e-GiftCard offering will sell for $10.95 each, resulting in a $3.50 contribution toward your
fund raising objectives for each e-GiftCard sold. Recipients of such e-GiftCards will be able to redeem
online with us at their convenience by selecting their own assortment box of notecards.
As for our recent introduction of Christmas cards to our Collection, we believe that the demand for such offerings could greatly benefit your organization. For your past supporters, they will learn about the availabilty of these cards via a promotional e-mail we will send them late summer. You could also consider orchestrating a mini-Tell Friends campaign in the fall, informing others you know whom have not purchased note cards in the past on your behalf. For example, letting them know about the Christmas card offerings could be a great way for the youth in your church youth group to raise monies for upcoming winter/spring activities such as Acquire the Fire and Dare to Share conferences.
Second, we accept several forms of payment. When paid by your supporter's Master Card/Visa charge/debit card, their financial account will not be charged until we ship their purchased products. We also permit your supporter to pay by mailing us a check or money order. We offer them this payment option on the "honor system", meaning that they are only obligated to mail us their payment after they receive and are satisfied with their purchased products.
Third, we invite you to review our website's Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Privacy Policy.
And finally, would you consider telling friends in leadership roles at faith-based organizations about us; about our fundraising opportunity showcasing Christmas & Scripture Note Cards, plus Giclee Prints, that they can also offer to their supporters? We have a simple, effective way for you to send them an e-mail right now; just click here to make this happen.
We would appreciate you doing so!
